Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men?...
The SHADOW knows!

Since his creation in 1930 the Shadow has become the subject of over 300 "Pulp" novels; a 21 season radio drama; seven movies (an 8th is now in the works); a 15 episode movie serial; a comic strip, several comic book series and even an unsold TV pilot. Now there is pre-production work being done an a brand new Shadow movie, to be produced by Sam Raimi and written by Micheal Uslan.

This is a place for Shadow fans to discuss the Shadow pulp-novels, movies, radio shows, comic books etc. Including the new movie now in the works.

Remember:
The weed of crime bears bitter fruit!
Crime does NOT pay
The Shadow Knows!

Shadow Coat Source?

Hello,I am looking to put together a Shadow costume and am having a heck of a time finding a coat that will work. All the trench or greatcoats  I find are 1) insanely expensive or 2) only go up to an XL (I need a XXL). Has anyone found a good source for a coat that could pass as a Shadow coat? I am looking to have it look similar to the Alec Baldwin Shadow coat but am willing to just use a long black trench coat. Thanks!See More

How did you discover The Shadow?

For me it was the 1990s movie when I was a kid.  I remember seeing the teaser poster in the cinema and being really intrigued by it.  I assumed it an animated film because of the very stylised artwork used on it and I was a bit surprised to find out when it was realised that is was a live action film!  I went to see the film and The Shadow has been one of my favourite characters ever since! How about everyone else?  What was your intro to the character?See More

The Shadow was a canceled SNES game published by Ocean. It is based in the film of the same name. The player has two bars; one is the life bar and a bar that allows the player to perform special attacks (invisibility, gun play, speed running, a dome shield that knocks…See More
